If you are under 18 at the time of the event (as of September 24, 2025), you must submit a completed consent form signed by your parent or guardian before attending Awake 2025. Download the consent form here or collect the form from your youth leader, obtain the signature, and return it after completing your online registration.

If you are 18 or older, no consent form is required from a guardian but you, the adult yourself.

Woohoo! You’re legally a grown-up! You don’t need a consent form.

The more, the merrier! Bring your friend or even your whole squad! Connect with your local youth leader about getting all the info you need for them. Ensure they also register online and your youth leadership is aware they are so we can best care for them and their needs.

We encourage full attendance at the camp, however, we recognise that participants may have varying circumstances affecting attendance. If you can’t make it to all sessions, partial attendance is allowed, however, the full registration fee ($230) is still required.

Registration fees for the Awake 2025 camp are non-refundable upon payment completion*. However, we encourage you to contact our youth leadership team to discuss your case in case of emergencies or unexpected circumstances.

*Please note that your registration fee goes directly into making Awake 2025 an amazing experience! It helps cover essential resources, activities, and everything needed to bring the camp to life.

The full camp cost is $230.

To secure your spot, a $70 deposit (non-refundable) is required upon registration, and it is due by March 21, 2025. This deposit is deducted from the total camp fee, leaving a remaining balance of $160, which must be paid by August 31, 2025.

You may also choose to pay the full $230 upfront.

We do have payment options: either pay online (via credit / debit card) when you register through the website

OR you can pay via Online Bank Transfer - you will receive an email regarding payment details and instructions after you’ve registered.

Absolutely! While this is primarily a local NZ event, we’d love to welcome participants from overseas. Your registration process may be a little different, so reach out to us at info@awake2025.com and we can have a chat about how to make it work.
